take down garage sale signs, and do not litter.
Call the office if are interested in volunteering in the community.
Residents please be a good
neighbor: keep storm drains clean, pick up litter, do not feed
wild animals or fowl, put out trash the night before or the morning of
pickup, put away trash cans promptly, make an application for architectural review if needed, and call 239-332-8500 for special pickup of non-working
appliances set at the curbside.

The Convenience of Living in
Brookshire has two pools? The clubhouse pool holds 90,000
gallon of water and is a junior olympic pool. Brookshire
has 6 tennis courts, indoor a/c racquet ball courts, a nautilus
room, a jacuzzi, picnic area, basketball, volleyball, bocci
ball, shuffleboard, fishing lakes, etc. Across the street
is the Publix, Walgreens, dentist, Nino's Restaurant, Potts Sports Bar, clothes
shopping, vet, G.N.C. store, Timís Magic Wok, and
Subway, etc. Everything is very convenient and
can be walked to including the
Minnesota Twins Spring Training Facility
at Hammond Stadium..
Southwest Florida International Airport
only a few miles away. The airport on Treeline Ave. can
now be accessed from Alico Rd as well as Daniels Parkway.
The new library is open at Bass Road And Gladiolus.
NEW POOL FURNITURE - The main pool is boasting new furniture. To keep it clean and white your help is needed. When using sunscreen products, please put a towel on the chair before sitting on it. The oils and other products in these products stain and discolor the furniture.
REVISED RULES & REGULATIONS AND ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL GUIDELINES
At the Master Board Meeting on April 29th, 2014, the Board approved the final revision to the Brookshire Rules & Regulations and Architectural Control Guidelines. This document has been prepared by Brookshire’s attorneys so that it will be 1) clearer to understand and 2) worded so that the guidelines will be enforceable. The basis for these documents are ones that are used by associations and found to be effective in the management of deed restricted communities.
The Master Board and the Architectural Control Committee urge all homeowners to obtain a copy of these new documents, either by downloading from the website http://www.brookshireclub.com/documents.html or by stopping by the Clubhouse where a limited number of printed copies will be available. It is the responsibility of each member to familiarize themselves with these documents to avoid a violation.
Before you dig - Prior to starting any project in your yard you need to call to find out if there are any underground utility lines in the area that you will be digging. Reminder regarding animals - The Brookshire Rules & Regulations state that 'all animals shall be on a leash when outside the Owner's Lot.' ALL RESIDENTS must adhere to these rules. This is for the safety of everyone, including other animals.
