Please pick up after your pets, take down garage sale signs, and do not litter.

Call the office if are interested in volunteering in the community.

Residents please be a good neighbor: keep storm drains clean, pick up litter, do not feed wild animals or fowl, put out trash the night before or the morning of pickup, put away trash cans promptly, make an application for architectural review if needed, and call 239-332-8500 for special pickup of non-working appliances set at the curbside.

Brookshire has two pools?  The clubhouse pool holds 90,000 gallon of water and is a junior olympic pool.  Brookshire has 6 tennis courts, indoor a/c racquet ball courts, a nautilus room, a jacuzzi, picnic area, basketball, volleyball, bocci ball, shuffleboard, fishing lakes, etc.  Across the street is the Publix, Walgreens, dentist, Potts Sports Bar, clothes shopping, vet, G.N.C. store, Timís Magic Wok, and Subway, etc.  Everything is very convenient and can be walked to including the Minnesota Twins Spring Training Facility at Hammond Stadium..   

The new Southwest Florida International Airport terminal is only a few miles away.  The airport on Treeline Ave. can now be accessed from Alico Rd as well as Daniels Parkway.  The new library is open at Bass Road And Gladiolus.

Social Committee - The St. Patrick's Day party will take place on March 15th starting at 5:30pm. Corned beef, cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions will be provided. The rest (salads, appetizers, side dishes and desserts) is up to you. The entertainers at the Valentine’s Party will perform Irish tunes for The sign-up sheet and further details will be posted two weeks prior to the event.

Date Change - The date for the yearly Brunch has been changed to Sunday, March 30th at 12:00pm. This is the time when we say farewell to our seasonal visitors who will be leaving in the coming weeks. The sign-up sheet and further details will be posted two weeks prior to the event.

Crime Prevention and Safety Program - At 7:00pm on Wednesday, March 12th, a representative from the Lee County's Sheriff's Department will be making a presentation on Crime Prevention & Safety to the residents of Brookshire. All residents, both full and part-time, should plan to attend this informative program.

Reminder regarding animals - The Brookshire Rules & Regulations state that 'all animals shall be on a leash when outside the Owner's Lot.' ALL RESIDENTS must adhere to these rules. This is for the safety of everyone, including other animals.

IMPORTANT -- Trash cans have been located next to the picnic pavilion. Animal waste is NOT to be put into these cans. These cans are for the use and convenience of the people that are using the pavilion. They are to be kept clean and free of odor so that those using/renting the pavilion have an enjoyable outing.
